Jin Yu Garden 169m Model Unit is located on the east bank of the Xin Changjiang River in Shengzhou, Shaoxing. It is situated at the intersection of the core area of southern Shengzhou and the high-speed rail new city district. It is the first "sky garden" project in Shengzhou, jointly designed by Greentown, and crafted with a French romantic style.

The living room is based on a beige tone, complemented by wall lamps, carpets, brass objects, and artistic oil paintings, creating an elegant spatial rhythm. The foldable sofa design provides a warm space for parent-child reading and friends' gatherings. The dining room features a wine cabinet for storing fine wines, and a leaf and flower-shaped chandelier that casts a soft light, combined with a Western kitchen island, integrating practicality and aesthetics. The balcony connects to the "X Space," creating a unique rhythmic space.

The main entrance has a floral oil painting by a French artist. The bedrooms are designed in light warm tones to create a cozy environment, with a mini bar in the walk-in closet. The girl's room is designed like "Amélie," while the boy's room resembles "The Little Prince," each with its own unique features to meet the needs of the residents.
