Jingmen Huijin Crowne Plaza Hotel is located in the heart of Jingmen City鈥檚 central business district in Hubei, adjacent to multiple municipal government offices. Given its rich historical and cultural heritage and unique position in a government hub, the design revolves around the concept of 鈥淛ingmen Impressions鈥�, aiming to fully showcase Jingmen鈥檚 local cultural characteristics and lifestyle through spatial design.
The hotel lobby, centered on the concept of 鈥淕ateway of Jingchu Welcoming All", exudes grandeur through its towering, open atrium structure. A massive beaded curtain installation in the lounge area complements four tall, earthy red columns, creating a striking visual impact. Inspired by the ancient Chu king鈥檚 palace gates, this design enhances the ceremonial ambiance while vividly interpreting the grandeur and romance of ancient Chu culture. Through this, Jingmen鈥檚 historical role as the 鈥淕ateway of Jingchu鈥�, is artfully translated into modern spatial language, conveying an open and inclusive brand ethos.
Functional areas, including the all-day dining restaurant, Chinese restaurant, banquet hall, and guest rooms, are designed around local culture, each with a unique theme. The all-day restaurant, themed 鈥淏ustling Markets, Land of Fish and Rice鈥�, recreates Jingmen鈥檚 vibrant local life through detailed settings. The Chinese restaurant, themed 鈥淧hoenix Perching on Wutong, Shadows of Freshness鈥�, blends phoenix and wutong imagery to create an ambiance of Eastern charm and modern elegance. The banquet hall, themed 鈥淪ea of Flowers for a Thousand Miles鈥�, combines dynamic floral elements and natural lighting for a romantic, grand effect. The guest rooms, themed 鈥淩esting by Springs, Dreaming of Home鈥�, use warm tones and soft lighting to craft a serene, cozy space, offering travelers a sense of home and belonging.
The overall design aims to seamlessly blend Jingmen鈥檚 regional culture with modern lifestyles through diverse thematic expressions.
