It artfully crafts a ‘secret garden’ within the confines of a modest square footage that transcends the boundaries between reality and imagination, life and journey.

In view of the owner couple’s background in architectural and art museum professions respectively, the team introduced a layout that would break from the norm, while thoughtfully caters to each resident’s specific habits and needs. The open flow well integrates living, dining and kitchen zones, incorporating flexibility of a multi-purpose area, thereby enhancing versatility as well as overall sense of space. Here, the built environment is no longer a mere backdrop, but evolves beautifully along bits and pieces of everyday living.

By prioritizing the creation of a healthy, non-toxic home and mindfully minimizing the depletion of natural resources, this residence is a livable art put into practice. The designer is committed to ensuring quality right from the source by carefully selecting high-caliber materials and delving into their production processes. Extensive use of paints and media that comply with green building standards meanwhile pays respect to human-nature interaction.
