The Beijing TANGIM Project is located in the core area of Yongfeng, Haidian District, Beijing. It occupies a vital position at the intersection of technology and ecology in the northwest new city, organically integrating cutting-edge development momentum with natural ecological conception. It is a high-quality residential benchmark in the region, crafted with great care based on the concepts of humanity, nature and sustainable development.
The project takes "jade" as the design inspiration, translating the essence of traditional jade culture into modern spatial language. Through the ecological sequence of six realms, it has built a low-carbon ideal community integrating etiquette, nature, art and green technology.
The exhibition area takes "one axis and six realms" as the narrative framework to interpret the philosophy of sustainable design.
The first realm, "Golden Jade Splendid Gate", selects local low-mining stone materials and recycled metals. The white and gold magnolia carvings collide with natural stone materials to create a sense of hidden luxury. The cool and warm tones of fish-belly grey and blue jadeite contrast with each other, and the exquisite metal details show delicacy.
The second realm, "Golden Magnolia Court", adopts low-maintenance native plant communities, combined with permeable paving and sunshade systems, effectively alleviating the heat island effect. The curved landscape wall surrounds the courtyard, with a magnolia standing upright in the center and Xanthoceras sorbifolium planted symmetrically, conveying the auspicious meaning of "Xanthoceras in the court, full of gold and jade". The entrance interface is based on dark grey stone, with "Snow White" luxury stone as the finishing touch. The minimalist shape and artistic lighting create a noble homecoming experience. The grey space is based on the concept of "skylight painting", and the square sheng pattern lattice and artistic ceiling form a framed scenery rhythm, optimizing natural ventilation and lighting, and realizing passive regulation of light and space.
