The project consists of a 248-meter-high super-tall skyscraper and a 40-meter-high commercial podium, featuring premium office spaces, high-end service facilities, and boutique retail.
With the philosophy of "embracing diversity," the project extends the concept of "three-dimensional ecology" into the interior spaces, creating an artistic experience akin to a "pearl box." The design interprets the essence of Lingnan culture through an international lens, employing flowing and layered spatial forms to construct a vertical living environment that blends technological sophistication with natural poetry.
Integration of Multifunctionality and Cultural Warmth
The interior design breaks traditional spatial boundaries, narrating the experience through a vertical garden with staggered, open spaces. The sky lobby features the theme "Poetry of Nature," using the delicate interplay of light and materials to create a contemporary cultural environment for leisurely living. The commercial center draws inspiration from the graceful forms of the Pearl River, crafting an elegant atmosphere with curved designs and high-quality craftsmanship. The commercial side atrium blend open leisure spaces, thematic exhibition & sales areas, and interactive experience zones, infusing the commercial space with vibrant diversity.
Modern Translation of Natural Elements
The design cleverly responds to the building's "three-dimensional courtyard" ecological system by bringing greenery indoors, blurring the boundaries between interior and exterior. An elevated running track weaves between glass facades and greenery, making exercise an immersive experience in a cloud-like landscape. This 248-meter vertical ecological complex uses interior design as a medium to achieve a symbiotic relationship among technology, nature, and culture.
