Through an atmosphere of subtle luxury and composed elegance, the design creates an artistic living environment where three generations can bond and feel a sense of belonging.

The designer drew inspiration from the homeowner鈥檚 career in the luxury products and diamond industries, distilling two key themes - 鈥渢he beauty of exquisite technology鈥� and 鈥渢he intimacy of ritual.鈥� The crisp texture of the stones reflects the brilliance of diamonds, while the geometric lines of the ceiling in the garage evoke the tension and complexity of light refraction through a gem. The design adopts a vertical zoning strategy to balance frequent social gatherings with the need for family privacy. Departing from conventional townhouse planning, the ground floor replaces the typical storage area with a minimalist tearoom composed of refined plaster finishes and natural wood elements to welcome guests. From the second floor upward, concealed storage solutions and careful traffic circulation enhance quiet corners, offering secluded moments for close visitors and family members.
On the ground floor, the tearoom draws inspiration from Zen aesthetics, where fragrant steam curls through the air, echoing the stillness of the landscape framed by expansive French windows.This serene composition sets the tone for a quiet and welcoming experience.Upstairs, an open-plan kitchen with an island is subtly integrated into a seamless white fa莽ade, allowing for a smooth transition between traditional cooking and modern light meals.
