The design concept of "Jasmine Delight of Light and Shadow" is centered around the theme of "Jasmine Blossoms". Fuzhou鈥檚 jasmine is renowned nationwide, and in terms of both quantity and quality, it ranks among the best in the world. A small, pure white jasmine flower, resilient and unfazed by storms, perfectly captures the essence of Fuzhou.Our goal is to offer Fuzhou a tribute through a fresh and engaging immersive art experience, connecting local cultural life. The Shangri-La Center in the bustling Jiaogulou area of downtown Fuzhou is a transformation and extension of the original Shangri-La Hotel, opened in 2005, aiming to create an urban complex with various facilities. The city's five districts have 232 traditional old streets and alleys, each representing the city's historical evolution.

Inspired by Fuzhou's local cultural aesthetics and in line with the Shangri-La brand spirit, we strive to create an artistic space embodying Oriental aesthetics and meeting the brand's new scene requirements. In the L1 grand atrium, we designed 232 jasmine lanterns in three different forms, symbolizing the 232 registered old streets and alleys, with the jasmine flowers sometimes flickering and changing colors.In the L3 atrium, we drew inspiration from the concept of framed scenery in garden aesthetics and combined it with the 232 jasmine flowers in the atrium to meticulously create the "Delight Door."As the colors and 鈥渂reathing鈥� of the jasmine flowers in the atrium change, the "Delight Door" also presents different digital art works. In the B2 small atrium, 80 jasmine lanterns of various forms represent Shangri-La Group's 80 destinations worldwide, extending infinitely.

The jasmine flowers and Delight Door installation in the atrium will present different light and shadow shows as the seasons change, showcasing the beauty of each season. Another kind is聽an immersive light show set to the piano music of "Jasmine Flower" presents a fusion of art and technology, providing a unique sensory experience, making it a mesmerizing journey.
